Custom flash chat emoticons

Custom emoticons can be used with the VideoWhisper.com Video Conference software. Emotes are now loaded from emoticons/emoticons.xml list and displayed for selection inside chat using an AS3 TileList component. All emoticons are loaded at start with the rest of the interface files. Various formats can be used for the emoticon files (gif, png, jpg). These are loaded as static bitmaps due to performance considerents.

Manage rooms from chat interface

Rooms can now be created and deleted from chat interface in editions with mysql support. Rooms are stored into a mysql table instead of the static xml file.
With the Joomla video chat software component Administrators and Super Administrators are allowed to manage rooms. When creating a room multiple settings can be specified like description, capacity, expiration. 

Allow users to upload and delete files

Rights to upload and delete files can also be controlled now. With the Joomla Video Conference component these are controlled for regular users from component parameters in administrator area.
