VideoWhisper and SEO Components

Components that alter all pages and outputs cause real trouble with this application. The Videowhisper components use format=raw requests to exchange data between flash and the php scripts. These use strict formats as get variables or xml.

In example, with the Artio SEF component enabled a flash error is caused (can only be seen if you run flash debugger version):

TypeError: Error #1088: The markup in the document following the root element must be well-formed.
	at Datetopia.UI::DWindowFiles/loadXML()
	at flash.events::EventDispatcher/dispatchEventFunction()
	at flash.events::EventDispatcher/dispatchEvent()
	at flash.net::URLLoader/onComplete()

AS no error will be reported, on a regular flash player users will just notice some important features not working or freezing and acting weird.

This is because the files xml is received as this (applications expects xml with the files only) :

With the seo plugin enabled all passed data will be corrupted, causing weird malfunctions. Any plugin that affects the application’s output will cause it to malfunction because it users raw requests to communicate data and variables with the php scripts.

If you really want to use that component you must have it tweaked and fixed to not corrupt other outputs.
