Red5 v0.8.0 RC2 is available
Install it from http://jira.red5.org/confluence/display/downloads/Red5+v0.8.0+Release+Candidate+2+02.03.2009
From our tests with the new versions it is recommended to remove these lines from WEB-INF/web.xml for each application:

org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoaderListener
/listener
context-param
param-name log4jConfigLocation /param-name
param-value /WEB-INF/log4j.properties /param-value
/context-param
